More product flexibility reached by ExoOPS™ - Mission Design with a scripting feature available in the last release (v2.5.0)

Exotrail releases a new set of features in ExoOPS™ - Mission Design

Exotrail releases a new set of features in ExoOPS™ - Mission Design v2.5.0, its cloud-based software dedicated to space mission simulation.

Available as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), ExoOPS™ - Mission Design v2.5.0 brings the following improvements:

DIRECT SCRIPTING

  • A scripting API allows to compute missions without using the graphical interface.

ADVANCED CONSTELLATION MODELING MODULE

  • Constellation Generation, Constellation Optimisation and Constellation Simulation missions are fully deployed in the product and available in a new Advanced Constellation Modeling module. This module can be activated on demand leveraging the constellation design one step further.

PARAMETRIC STUDIES MODULE

  • ADCS Design mission is now fully available in the product allowing to carry out a preliminary design of the ADCS (Attitude Dynamics Control Systems) of a spacecraft subject to perturbations including drag, solar radiation pressure, residual magnetic moment and a misalignment between its centre of gravity and the thrust direction of its propulsion system.

SIMULATION MODULE

  • Manoeuvre models have been improved and can handle dynamic thrust patterns and changing environment conditions (e.g. eclipse duration) throughout manoeuvres.

USER INTERFACE

  • Designed as a very user friendly tool, continuous improvements are made on the graphical user interface to enrich the user experience.

All new features can be found under the ExoOPS™ - Mission Design changelog!
