PARIS SPACE WEEK 2018

Paris Space Week (PSW) is an international space business meeting event organised by the French Cluster ASTech Paris Region conjointly with the Proximum Group. It is a 2-day long event ideal to meet suppliers, key accounts, investors and start-up.

Jean-Luc Maria and David Henri were present at this event. With over 30 meetings at our booth in just 2 days, the Paris Space Week was a perfect opportunity particularly to meet new potential suppliers and investors.

THE START-UP CHALLENGE

Every year, in parallel of the event is organised a start-up challenge. This year's event was sponsored by Airbus and organised by Astech. 10 SMEs and start-ups are selected by a committee of experts and invited to pitch during the event. We were more than thrilled to have been selected among these 10 start-ups along with other promising projects such as Ispace (lunar exploration company), UQuant (hybrid approaches between data analytics, machine learning and physical engineering simulations) and other very ambitious projects. Winning companies from previous editions include SpacePharma or Satlantis.

We are also pleased to announce that we won this challenge after the pitch session. It was an honour to receive the award from François Auque, former CEO of EADS Astrium and current Chairman of the Board of Airbus VC.

Thanks to this prize we are invited next year to attend the Paris Space Week 2019 and to talk about our development during a keynote. See you next year, and many thanks to Proximum, Astech, Airbus and of course the other attending start-ups !
